Some Artist Actually
Strive to get Recognition
And Placement.However
Most Spots on the Magazine
are already predetermined.
The Artist who are often Selected Aren’t
Always the Most Talented,
My issue with Xxl is
They have a Mountain of Resources
So why not look For More Talent?
This List in My Opinion Was
The Absolute Worst in Terms of Actual Rapping ability,
Some make Excellent Music,
But a majority of this Freshman list
Is lacking ACTUAL BARS.
