It's only been a few days since The Supreme Court ended Affirmative Action and companies are already starting to get rid of their Diversity, equity and inclusion teams.

This leads me to wonder if companies have a concern about being sued for promoting diversity within their organizations or if there's something even more sinister going on.

This new era in which race based preferences have been all but outlawed reminds African Americans of the importance of building #BlackOwned institutions as a remedy for rollbacks in the legal system.
